December 20, 2025 | Day 5 of the Journey to 10k Users and $100k MRR
Day 5 focused on strategy and stability. A clear social content concept and marketing strategy were defined, creating a repeatable approach to distribution. At the same time, significant debugging work was done on the API to improve reliability and strengthen the product’s foundation as usage grows.
Today was about alignment and cleanup.
A big part of the day went into locking down our social and content direction. Instead of posting randomly or chasing trends, we stepped back and defined what kind of content actually makes sense for Ideatr and who it should speak to. The focus is on simple, relatable ideas that resonate with a broader audience, not just technical builders. The goal is consistency and clarity, not one-off posts.
By the end of the day, we had a clear social concept and a repeatable marketing strategy we can execute on daily. That removes a lot of decision fatigue going forward and makes distribution feel intentional instead of reactive.
Alongside marketing work, there was a lot of time spent on the technical side, specifically debugging and stabilizing the API. This wasn’t about adding new features, but about making sure the foundation is solid. Cleaning up edge cases and fixing issues now prevents bigger problems later, especially as more people start using the product.
It wasn’t the most visible day from the outside, but it was an important one. Ideatr feels more stable technically and more focused strategically. With both the product and the message getting clearer, it’s easier to move faster without constantly second-guessing decisions.
Tomorrow, the plan is to start executing on the strategy that was set today — shipping content consistently, continuing to harden the product, and pushing Ideatr forward on both fronts.
