December 21, 2025 | Day 6 of the Journey to 10k Users and $100k MRR

Day 6 focused on momentum across marketing and product. Multiple TikTok videos were posted to begin testing short-form distribution at scale. On the technical side, new APIs were added and early work began on enabling app deployment, laying the groundwork for users to launch what they build with Ideatr.

Today was about momentum.

We leaned heavily into short-form content and posted a batch of videos on TikTok to start testing what resonates with a broader audience. The focus wasn’t polish or perfection, but volume and honesty. Getting ideas out quickly, seeing what sticks, and letting real reactions guide what comes next. This is the start of building a consistent social engine rather than posting sporadically.

On the product side, we added new APIs and continued strengthening the foundation under Ideatr. A lot of this work isn’t immediately visible to users, but it unlocks important capabilities going forward and reduces friction as the product grows.

We also started working on one of the biggest missing pieces: allowing users to deploy the apps they create. This is a major step toward making Ideatr feel complete — moving from generation to something users can actually launch and use. It’s still early, but groundwork is now in place.

Today felt like things clicking into motion on multiple fronts at once: content going out consistently, infrastructure expanding, and bigger product capabilities starting to take shape.

The plan now is to keep the cadence high — continue posting, keep building, and push Ideatr closer to being something people can not just try, but ship with.
