December 19, 2025 | Day 4 of the Journey to 10k Users and $100k MRR

Day 4 focused entirely on distribution and exposure. Ideatr was posted across multiple free directories and maker platforms, public messaging was refined to better communicate the product’s core value, and a comprehensive list of accelerators and incubators was assembled to prepare for broad applications. The groundwork is now in place for sustained outreach, applications, and growth.

Today was all about distribution.

Instead of building new features, the focus was getting Ideatr in front of as many relevant people as possible. This meant posting everywhere builders already hang out and making sure Ideatr exists across the ecosystem, not just on its own website.

Ideatr is now live on multiple free product and startup directories, maker platforms, and developer communities. The goal here isn’t instant growth — it’s surface area. If people are looking for tools in this space, Ideatr should show up. This kind of work compounds quietly over time.

Alongside that, I spent time tightening how Ideatr is described publicly. Not focusing on individual features, but clearly communicating what the product is trying to solve: helping AI-generated apps behave more like real software projects that can be worked on, understood, and extended over time.

Another big focus today was funding preparation. I compiled a comprehensive list of accelerators, incubators, and early-stage programs that Ideatr is a fit for, with the plan to apply broadly. The strategy isn’t to bet on one outcome, but to create many shots on goal and let momentum and signal do the work.

No applications were submitted yet, but the groundwork is laid. The next step is turning this list into a steady application pipeline while continuing to build and distribute in parallel.

By the end of today, Ideatr feels much more “out in the world” than it did before. Less hidden. Less isolated. More like a real product competing for attention.

Tomorrow, the focus shifts to continuing distribution, starting applications, and pushing Ideatr forward with the same intensity.
