December 18, 2025 | Day 3 of the Journey to 10k Users and $100k MRR

Day 3 was focused entirely on SEO and long-term discoverability. Around 50 blog posts were published, and significant work was done to structure, organize, and optimize content so Ideatr can be found organically over time. This laid a strong foundation for sustainable growth beyond social posts and launches.

Today was all about SEO.

This was one of those days where the impact won’t be obvious immediately, but it compounds over time. Instead of shipping new features, the focus was on making sure Ideatr can actually be discovered.

A lot of work went into content and structure. By the end of the day, we had around 50 blog posts live, all focused on relevant topics that builders searching for AI app tools, iteration workflows, and early-stage product building would actually care about.

Beyond just writing posts, today was about doing SEO properly:

  • organizing content so it makes sense to both people and search engines

  • tightening titles, descriptions, and structure

  • making sure pages are crawlable and internally linked

  • setting a foundation that can grow over time instead of relying on one-off traffic spikes

This wasn’t about “gaming” SEO. It was about creating real, useful content and putting it in a position to be found.

By the end of today, Ideatr feels much more like a long-term project instead of something that only exists on social media. Even if growth is slow at first, this work keeps paying off in the background.

Tomorrow, the focus shifts back toward building and distribution, now that discovery is no longer an afterthought.
