December 22, 2025 | Day 7 of the Journey to 10k Users and $100k MRR
Day 7 focused on execution across marketing and product. Significant marketing and distribution work continued, Gemini was added as a new model option, and the database implementation moved close to completion — laying critical groundwork for persistence and long-term use of Ideatr.
Yesterday was a heavy execution day.
A big chunk of the time went into marketing and distribution. We continued pushing Ideatr across multiple platforms, testing different ways of talking about the product and seeing what resonates. This wasn’t about chasing one viral moment, but about volume and consistency — getting Ideatr in front of more people and learning from real reactions instead of guessing.
On the product side, we added Gemini as an additional model option. This expands flexibility and gives us more room to experiment with quality, speed, and reliability as Ideatr evolves. It’s another step toward making the platform more robust rather than locked into a single path.
We also made significant progress on the database implementation, which is now close to complete. This is one of those foundational pieces that unlocks a lot of things going forward — persistence, continuity, and the ability for users to actually come back to and build on their projects instead of starting over every time.
It wasn’t a flashy day from the outside, but it was an important one. Marketing momentum continued, and the core infrastructure of Ideatr moved much closer to where it needs to be for real usage and growth.
The focus now is to keep pushing on both fronts at once: keep distributing aggressively while finishing the core systems that make Ideatr feel solid and dependable.
