December 31, 2025 | Day 15 of Scaling Ideatr to 10K Users and $100K MRR

On December 31, we made a deliberate choice to focus—shortlisting a single incubator and committing fully instead of spreading our efforts thin. The decision was driven by alignment, not prestige: choosing an environment that challenges our thinking, strengthens the fundamentals, and forces early clarity. As we close the year, we’re prioritizing focus over noise and intention over momentum, setting the tone for how we enter 2025.

Yesterday, December 31st, we made a decision that quietly changed how the next chapter of this journey will look.

After weeks of researching, debating, and shortlisting different paths, we narrowed it down to one incubator and decided to go all in.

Not “apply to a few and see what happens.”
Not “keep our options open.”
One clear bet.

That decision didn’t come easily. Incubators all promise acceleration, networks, and momentum. But what really mattered to us wasn’t the logo or the prestige — it was alignment. We asked ourselves a few hard questions:

  • Will this environment push us to build the right thing, not just something flashy?

  • Does it value clarity of thinking over speed for speed’s sake?

  • Will it force us to confront the hardest parts of the business early?

This one stood out.

Going all in also means saying no to other distractions. For now, we’re not tinkering endlessly with the product. We’re not chasing every new idea. We’re channeling our energy into sharpening the story, pressure-testing the vision, and making sure the fundamentals are solid.

There’s something grounding about making a clear choice at the very end of the year. No dramatic resolutions. No hype. Just focus.

If this works, great — we’ll earn the right to build faster.
If it doesn’t, we’ll still have learned something invaluable: how to commit, fully, without hedging.

2025 doesn’t start with a launch or a big announcement.
It starts with intention.

More soon.
